Our Wines

Trouvaille Winery, 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain -

This Cabernet Sauvignon is built for power, with its characteristic Red Mountain tannins, but it has wonderful dark red fruit to balance it out, focusing on currant, blackberry, and cherry with licorice and chocolate on the finish.  A wine very capable of aging well for many years, but certainly approachable at this time.

The Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is $25.

Trouvaille Winery, 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Walla Walla Valley -

Our Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has great fruit characteristics, including black cherry, cassis and plum, with cinnamon and a touch of lavender to round it out on the palate.  The wine is balanced and has smooth tannins on the finish.  It can age well over the coming years, but can certainly be enjoyed now.

The Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon is $25.

Trouvaille Winery, 2007 Merlot, Red Mountain -

Our Red Mountain Merlot has wonderful fruit including raspberry, bing cherry, wild berry, as well as violets and earthy components on the finish.  The tannins give it structure and add a nice complexity.  This terrific wine should age well for years, but its ready now if you prefer.

The Red Mountain Merlot is $23.

Trouvaille Winery, 2007 The Rebel, Columbia Valley -

The Rebel is a wine that simply wouldn’t conform and struck out on its own.  It has beautiful blackberry, currant and cherry fruit, with tobacco and cedar lingering on the palate.  The acid and tannins are nicely balanced providing for a smooth finish.  A wine to enjoy and savor either by itself or with a wonderful meal.

The Rebel is $23.

Trouvaille Winery, 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley -

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful dense color, with loads of dark fruit including; blackberry, raspberry, currant and dark cherry as well as hints of chocolate, lavender and coffee on the finish.  The fine tannins are beautifully integrated and give the wine the power and structure to age for years, although it can certainly be enjoyed earlier.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is $24.

Washington Wines

Washington State is the second largest producer of premium wines in the country. The climate in Washington provides us with the perfect weather for creating the very best wines.
Trouvaille Winery’s focus is on full-bodied red wines, and being a small winery, our production is very limited. Our philosophy is to produce wines that are full flavored and approachable.
By blending great wines, taking the best flavors and characteristics from each varietal and vineyard, we can create more complex and complete wines.
